Executed when the dragged object is moved out of the rectangle of this drop target. If you have set a visual indication in dropOver or dropMove, you should reset it to its normal state in dropOut.

Parameters:

handler - the dropOut handler

Returns:

HandlerRegistration used to remove this handler
